Individual Yoga Instruction

Individual yoga classes are a wonderful opportunity to:

  •   address individual concerns
  •   develop a personal yoga practice
  •   deepen your understanding and experience of yoga

There are many situations where private lessons are beneficial. Students who have special health concerns (restricted movement, cancer, multiple sclerosis, back pain, etc) find that individual lessons offer a yoga practice that is appropriate and beneficial to their unique situation. Students who have been attending group classes may wish to deepen their experience in yoga by developing a personal yoga practice.

Individual sessions include discussion, yoga practice, and many opportunities for questions to be answered. Students are given a personal written yoga practice to take home.
